We offer two different class types to fit your individual needs. Classes are built around strength and performance. At SWET, you are part of a community of fitness enthusiasts that want motivation and workouts that get results.
LIFT
Our low impact strength based training class. These classes are a compilation of progressive overload, power, and volume training to build, control and increase one’s muscle mass.
Strength is the foundation of all fitness and will help with overall look and physique as well as performance in and outside of the gym.
SHRED
Our high intensity performance and power based program designed for the athlete in mind. In each class you are working toward an end goal and competing against yourself to do your best.
Athletes can expect to move a moderate amount of weight at a fairly high speed, paired with intervals of cardio.
